This License describes permitted use of Okay OK website content, branding, and related materials on okayok.ai. It is a draft and not a substitute for a negotiated commercial license or legal advice.

Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, Okay OK and its licensors own all intellectual property in the website design, text, logos, graphics, and software we publish. Product names OK Tools, OK Video, OK Images, and Okay OK are used to identify the OK product family.

Permitted use

You may:

• Browse and use the public website for personal or internal business evaluation.
• Link to okayok.ai and to product sites we publish.
• Share publicly available marketing pages with attribution where reasonable.

Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial site content as your own product or documentation.
• Use Okay OK or OK product marks in a way that implies endorsement or partnership.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract non-public source code beyond what open licenses (if any) allow.
• Resell access to the site or misrepresent ownership of OK brands.

Product-specific software

Individual OK products may ship under separate licenses (open-source, freemium, or commercial). Those product licenses control the product itself; this page covers the Okay OK official website and brand materials.
